The Open Source Park has been present at HANNOVER MESSE 2017 from 24 to 28 April for the first time with an area of approx 100sqm. Dt. Messe AG as the show organizers as well as Pluspol can enjoy far more than satisfactory results. About 225.000 trade show visitors provided for a significant plus in attendance. More than 75.000 visitors came from abroad.
Also the majority of the exhibitors of our Open Source Park were happy about quantity and quality of conversations and business contacts - expectations were clearly exceeded.
„HANNOVER MESSE has proven that industrial digitalization is an enormous topic. Flexibility, inter-operability and agility are the decisive factors. Open Source-Industrie 4.0 therefore goes down very well with practitioners who are looking for something else than buzzword-parties. We had excellent contacts and will surely be here for 2018.“
Konstantin Böhm, CEO Ancud IT-Beratung GmbH, Nuremberg
A special highlight was the joint project of 3 exhibitors who presented an application-scenario for possibilities with inter-company data logistics. Hereby especially they were able to create top-notch leads for their solutions.
As organizers we also enjoyed a lot of interest in the concept of and possibilities of participation at Open Source Park. Besides from numerous companies we could register interest from associations, political representatives and international prospects.
„We have been first-time exhibitors at the Open Source Park. Response at HANNOVER MESSE has been so huge that on the third day we had to start printing more lead-docu-sheets. We also found the sense of cooperation of our fellow exhibitors at the stand to be very positive. Big thanx to Pluspol, who supported us as newcomers very well.“
Ronald Wilhelm, CEO Nowisys IT-Service GmbH, Chemnitz
